This website provides access to the manufacturer’s warranties and the ability to file a claim if necessary. You can also file a claim with the button below.
Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty: We are working to offer extended manufacturer’s warranties in the near future. Stay tuned for updates on how to purchase these warranties directly from our website.
Workmanship Warranty: We are dedicated to delivering quality workmanship on every project. That’s why we offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on all of our installation services and a 10-year workmanship warranty on our roof installations. This warranty covers any material failures that result from worker errors or improper installation techniques, including the cost of labor and materials needed for repairs, as well as any related damages to your home’s interior, furnishings, and personal effects.
Please note that the workmanship warranty does not cover damages or issues not related to our workmanship, such as:
- Storm, high wind, and impact damage
- Water damage from ice dams
- Damages from alterations made to the roof after installation
- Harm from foot traffic
- Leaks caused by falling tree limbs or wind-driven debris
- Normal wear and tear
