Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones, greet visitors, manage mail and office supplies
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
Data entry and recordkeeping in spreadsheets and CRM systems
Assist HR, accounting, and project teams with admin support
Basic invoicing and vendor billing assistance
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of office admin or clerical experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Friendly, professional demeanor

Now Hiring: Production Assistant (Entry-Level)
Full-Time | $15–$17/hour | Based in Holly Springs, NC – Travel to Triangle Area Job Sites
Want to get hands-on construction experience and grow into project management? Our Production Assistant role is perfect for someone who’s motivated, dependable, and ready to learn from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to job sites to photograph, record, and document progress
Conduct live video calls with Project Managers
Learn from seasoned professionals by shadowing real jobsite activity
Assist with material runs, subcontractor coordination, and quantity takeoffs
Operate drones for footage (training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Basic tech skills (Google Drive, Docs, etc.)
Willingness to learn and work on construction sites
Experience with drones, photography, or construction is a bonus
Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
