PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Job Title: Production Assistant (Entry-Level)
Pay Range: $15 – $17 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Holly Springs, NC Office / Job sites surrounding Triangle area
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our construction project
management team. This entry-level position offers excellent growth potential for individuals interested
in learning the construction industry from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized,
and eager to learn.
Primary Responsibilities:
Travel to active job sites daily from Holly Springs Office; using a company-provided vehicle and
gas card
Conduct live video calls with the assigned Project Manager to review job progress and address
any concerns
Photograph current job conditions and progress and upload to both Google Drive and the
company CRM
Capture drone footage of large or exterior projects (training provided)
Identify and document in the company CRM any job site issues, delays or concerns
Secondary Responsibilities (when not performing inspections):
Shadow experienced Project Managers to gain practical knowledge of project workflows
Assist with contacting subcontractors and suppliers for status updates on orders, deliveries, and
bids
Help complete takeoffs and quantity estimates from blueprints (training provided)
Assist with product or material selections for clients or internal project needs
Pick up materials or supplies and deliver to job sites as needed
Perform other supportive tasks as assigned by the Project Management team

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, etc.)
Comfortable working on active construction sites
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Prior experience with photography, drone operation, or construction a plus, but not required
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test
